Item 01

AI workflow, built in

The "we should use AI for this" task, actually shipped: document extraction, drafted replies, generated reports, an internal assistant. Working software plus instructions your team can follow, and a straight answer first if the task is a bad fit for AI.

delivered 2–5 days

Item 02

Landing page, live in 72h

A fast, modern one-pager: custom-coded, correct on every screen, deployed to your domain or free hosting. You own the code outright. No page builder, no monthly fee, no lock-in. The standard one-pager ships in 72 hours; bigger scopes get their date up front.

designed, built, deployed $199–499

Item 03 Fixed on time, or it's free

React / TypeScript rescue

The bug your team is stuck on: state weirdness, render loops, type errors, broken builds, failing tests. A single bug is a 24-hour fix; bigger rescues get their date up front. You get a clean fix plus a plain-English writeup of what was wrong.

How It Works

Describe the job

Three sentences and an example is plenty. Technical or not, bring it in your own words.

Get a flat quote

A price and a delivery date, in writing. If the job's a bad fit, you hear that instead, free either way.

It ships on the date

You get the work, the source, and a walkthrough. Scope changes become a new quote, never a surprise invoice.

Who You're Hiring

One lead engineer, start to finish

I'm Adam Moore, a Lead Engineer with 20+ years taking websites and apps from design to production across web, mobile, and desktop, for everyone from small businesses to large networks and corporations. Today I work heavily with AI and agentic workflows, and I take on a limited number of fixed-scope jobs like the ones above.

No agency, no handoff: the person quoting the job is the person building it and answering the email.

The Fine Print

A flat quote, in writing

Price, scope, and ship date agreed before any work starts, with no hourly meter running.

Scope changes are a new quote

If the job grows, you get a new price to approve first. Never a surprise invoice.

You own the work outright

Source code, deploys, and accounts are handed over completely. No monthly fees, no lock-in.

The estimate is free and honest

If the job is a bad fit, for me or for AI, you hear that up front instead of a pitch.

FAQ

What do you need from me to get a quote?

A three-sentence description and an example if you have one. Technical or not, bring it in your own words, and you'll get a price and a date back.

Who actually does the work?

I do, directly: one lead engineer, no agency layer, no handoff to a junior. I build with modern AI tooling where it makes the work faster, and I review and stand behind every line that ships.

What happens if the scope changes?

Work pauses, you get an updated quote to approve, and nothing is billed that wasn't agreed. Scope changes become a new quote, never a surprise invoice.

What if my job is a bad fit?

Then the estimate says so, and it costs you nothing. Some jobs shouldn't be automated with AI, and some bugs aren't worth paying a specialist to fix. You'll get that answer straight.

What stack are you strongest in?

React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Astro on the web, React Native on mobile, and I've worked with many others over the years as technology has grown. Something else? Just ask. The estimate is free either way.

The estimate is free and honest, even when the honest answer is "don't hire me for this."

Send what you're stuck on. You'll get back a flat price, a ship date, and exactly what's included.
